Travel the word itself makes most
of us happy. It simply brings brightness in our face like a light. Everyone
likes to travel. Unfortunately, we bound to do work. I don’t want anything in
this world. If time permits, I will follow the road and I will end my life at
the last point where road get ends. In all my travel I use to meet different
types of people they might be an engineer, doctor, journalist, and lawyer but I
always like to interact with an ordinary man who is living for their daily wages
because this educated people thought me how money is important, in the same way, the common man thought me how people are important. This time I went for my friend
marriage it is in a village near Salem a city in Tamilnadu. Actually, my other
friends are from Chennai so we planned Salem bus terminal as meeting point from
there we are planned to reach the marriage hall but unfortunately, I reached
Salem by 1 o clock, other friends are coming in the train they will reach only in
the morning. I need to spend a minimum of 5 hours there. So, I was sitting in a
passenger waiting hall where passengers are sleeping one old lady came and
searching for seat I gave my seat and left the place, had a coffee and simply roaming
all over the bus terminal when I saw the time it was 2 o clock I am roaming
the bus terminal twice but still I cont pass my time I found an old man he is
selling flowers in the bus terminal my question is, in this midnight who will
buy this flower? Why is this old man sitting here? I felt really bad even he is
not able to sit, because of the bad climate. I didn’t do anything simply sitting
opposite to him and watching him. Climate getting too rough even I cont sit I am
getting shivering so I just covered with my scarf. I have one jerkin as well I
thought to give my jerkin to that old man. So, I went near to him and asked
shall I sit here? he replied place is dirty don’t sit here use the chair it
will be bit comfortable or else wait I will clean and he cleaned and gave some papers to sit I said thanks and seated near him I said wear this it’s too cold. He laughed and said I
have a scarf (it’s a kind of towel old man usually use) I asked you have this,
then why you are sitting in this cold. he said he spent most of his days here so
it is like a normal one and after 3.30 it will be cooler so I use to wear
after 3.30 only he said. I smiled and asked no one will buy flower in this time
then why you came in this bad climate better you can stay at the home know? He said
yes, you are right actually my native is some 30 km away from the city so he uses
to go once in a week to give some money to his wife. rest of the time I will
spend my time by buying the flowers and making it as malai and selling those
flowers is my job and also he added that I seen day and night I use to work all
the time, if I stop working for a day then his wife will say please you take
rest I am going to sell this flower. I don’t want her to come and sit in this
hard time and also he added she believed and married him and still the love on
him was the same I was speechless at the time I got a call from my friend simply
to inform where they are. He asked about me and also about mobile I just
explained who I am and the purpose of my travel and also about cell phone. he
replied I heard about this few days back
and I am saving some money daily to buy two cell phone so that I can
communicate to his wife then and there. He shared how he is running his family
about his died son everything but one thing which I noted in his own world
actually he don’t know what is happening in this world he knows only about his
wife and died son that’s it. I have read many love stories I have come across
many epic love stories they have hug money plenty of time everything but after
hearing this I was really surprised and want to spend some more time with him
so simply I just diverted the topic about the respect he got about how other
people are treating him he said I don’t have the strength and also respect even a
tea shop guy will scold if I ask to change. People who came for flower will ask
for very less money and also he added people are spending huge money on dress
and all they are paying what they ask but some people will not give the money
we ask. We are struggling for our basic needs they won’t understand then he
cleaned the place and arranged everything and people started buying flowers I
also bought few flowers and gave to a bus driver who is standing near to me who
listen to all this.
If a person struggling for his
basic needs is actually a different thing but they are not treated properly
even I came across a few things I like to share...
Actually, he is a government officer so few people came to meet him for signature. I asked them to sit. officer came, this two guys got up and wished him then he given the sign and they went and turned towards me who asks you to sit them here we should keep these guys in a distance of 10 feet if not then they will take advantage. I said first respect people then behave like a people officer. He replied they are from lower caste. I was angry I just controlled myself and asked if the district collector is from their caste and u suppose to meet him in that case you idiot have to stand like folding your hand you are not a god you are simply a brainless human don’t be like this respect everyone and first treat everyone as human and try to use your stringy brain on it this is what I have seen directly and given a bunch of slapping answers
In a function few people are
sitting and talking in that one guy is well educated and also he belongs to a political
party. He is talking about a protest he made against Sri Lanka for Tamilian
problem when I was passing him he asked me to sit with him I simply went and
sit near him and he said we gathered around 5000 students for that protest we
formed a big gang to protest. I asked
him why you are doing this. because we
need a good verdict for our people and also he added but none of the Tamilians
are giving their hand to make strength, this is the only group actively
protesting even Tamil people from Tamilnadu are not taking care of this, is the
worst thing. Again I asked what is the use of this protest what happens after protest.
He replied nothing happen this is just a beginning, we will form a big number
of people and we will raise our voice so that they can hear us. I simply said
if u wants to hear your voice just talk through mic why you are disturbing
others.
The guy who is next to us is
laughing and he got irritated and he started loudly. See if u has any idea to
protest give me but don’t discourage. I said to see no one will come for this
because you are not really protesting, you need a name and also for your party.
If you really protesting for human then start protesting for Israel, Iran and
many other countries are suffering but you are not really meant that. If you
use this name tamilan then I won’t support, try to be a human protest for human
if the same thing happened in the USA are RUSSIA what you people do? So you are
doing this for a particular reason then you won’t find people support and how
cruel? u people only separated everyone in the name of God, religion, caste and
now u need everyone support, ah u know actual people forget that they are
human they are simply thinking Hindu and Muslim is a different creature. If u throws
a stone on a dog, pig won’t support that dog, even dog get hurt also. The same thing
is happening to people. It’s like you
keep your surrounding clean. So, mosquito came and now you people suffering
because of the flue and now you people found coils to kill mosquito and again it is
taking revenge in twice in power just imagine u only created that mosquito by
making your surrounding dirty and now finding a remedy to kill what is this? first, fight for human and don’t
waste your time by talking like this the people sitting there were thinking themselves
I just left the place here also humans are not treated properly just imagine if
you are doing something to others you have to imagine if the same thing
happened to you how much it will hurt you so that we won’t do that to others
We are born in a country where god will come to save a girl by giving a saree when she was in trouble. We are always expecting for magic but basically magic won’t happen without magician
In Delhi, 5 men raped a girl and
treated very badly. Just imagine in that 5 men if any one of them have humanity
then he can stop the other 4, but that didn’t happen and no god came to save
that girl, not even a kerchief. it means god also loosing in front of bad human
are what? What’s gone wrong here why this separation among us who is responsible for this stupidity????????? Everyone who is reading this. Come out
of it if he is elder or younger give respect and nothing wrong will happen if
you respect others. I am just wondering from where this crack happened in the
social constriction? I lost my sleep because of this. I just am wondering what
this people going to achieve by doing these entire things, anyway every one
going to die one day then why these people are doing this. My anger on the
social view turns me to make this article I don’t know how many going to read
this but the single word placed in this article are true readers should realise.
As mahatma said to be the change that you want to see in this world. Just start
from you, each and every drop of water is very important to make an ocean. Even
I don’t believe in the epic stories but I strongly believe those stories have
good values they didn’t narrate gods story instead they said human story with
godly nature.
