This is not about a book but it's about the pain of a character in a book called "men search for meaning".It was a summer early morning, we wanted to complete our ride early before the sun gets its heat so we started 4:00 am early in the morning for a 100 km ride towards Kolar. the highway from Bangalore to Kolar is 65 Km and the climate was a chill in the early morning happy to see a traffic-free road. I just put my foot on the pedal to the meeting point. The meeting point is nothing but a common point/place where other fellow riders from different parts of Bangalore will assemble to start the ride. Every time this meeting point gets to change, it is depending on where and which direction we are riding, this time riding to Kolar so ITI ground after KR Puram bridge will be the meeting point.
we reached the meeting point by 4:25am and started from there by 4:30am.
This is one of the famous cyclists, bikers, and photographers spot in Bangalore where you can find many of these people over the weekend.
After one hour I reached 22 km from the meeting point and it was exactly 5:30 am.
I am a font of sunrise and sunset person it admires me of course nature always a big inspiration to me but this one spot I just enjoyed it to the core. That particular moment I just saw a stunning visual, no word can describe it. it's a mind-blowing silhouette shot I was prepared to capture it. Sun about to come out to shine the world, The dark sky begins to glow in dark red and yellow color, trees appear to be dark since the light is at its back. A few secs later the sky became blue, coated with a gray color. People use to say photographs capture the moment and the age will not change even if u see after a decade.
This particular picture is different from the people's point of view. I wanted to capture the moment but I got captured and admired by the beauty of nature and I feel this picture tells us the story of people's hard times as mentioned in the book. This picture is close to my heart and I named it "Beauty of Darkness" because it symbolizes a scene from the book "men search for the meaning". Mr victor Franklin who is in the Hitler refugee camp. The refugees are treated brutally every second inside the camp. Every moment is like a life or death moment. Even in that situation Dr. Franklin never misses to see the sunset through a small hole and he described the beauty of that sunset.
He is in an inhuman camp when he narrating the pain he has gone through and how inhuman those soldiers are. I can able to feel the pain it's unimaginable and hard to overcome that pain, at the same time when he described the sunset I have completely visualize the beauty and its importance in that situation.
I came to know even in pain nature never failed to admire us and the way he described was outstanding. people can grow and change, life can be cool or hard but one thing I strongly believe nature will remain the same.
still, we have lots to love and learn from nature.
when I clicked this picture I remembered the page 50 and 51 from the book "men search for meaning" how nature played a big role to forgot the pain and made them realize the beauty in their hard times.
I dedicate this picture to the people who never miss admiring beauty even in dark times. I use to see this picture when I am in a hard situation
